Weekend of Boys
The original plan for this past weekend: DH's friend from Boston flies into California. He, his Boston friend, and a friend up in Berkeley were to drive Thursday night to a camping location. They were to spend the whole weekend camping and rock climbing and to return Monday.
Due to forecasts of rain for the weekend, BIG change of plans: All three were going to stay at our place for the weekend! Since we were also set up with a network of 3 computers, you can guess what the main activity of the weekend was. :p
Actually, they did spend all day Saturday rock climbing at Pinnacles Natl Park. So I had some of the peace and quiet I had originally anticipated. They were so pooped from their physical exertions that they fell asleep at a decent hour that night.
On Sunday, however, they started playing games in the afternoon until 5am in the morning!! FREAK! (I guess this is normal for gaming peeps?)
By Monday, both our visitors left...back to normal hours.
