Speak up!

I'm currently working with someone who is very soft spoken...soft spoken up to the point that it irritates me. Sometimes I just want to say to him "Be a man and speak up!"

ALSO what further annoys me is that fact that he is a single guy with no family. Therefore this means that he is perfectly fine with having late night calls to India coworkers. I HATE NIGHTTIME CONFERENCE CALLS WITH INDIA!!!!

I don't mind as much waking up early to do them but I feel that dinner time and later is my own time and not company time.

Yeah, so people whom you have to strain your ears to hear are SO NOT COOL.
