Charmed

DH and I are currently hooked on Charmed - yes, the series with the three hot demon-fighting women. I think maybe it's a thing about the magic. Anyway, we're currently following two lines of Charmed, the most recent episodes and the old ones (currently on season 4). I'm a bit disappointed they got rid of Shannen Doherty though. She's the most interesting actress. First reason to watch Charmed is for Ms. Doherty.

Brown, bronze, tan

This is the weekend before my friend's wedding, in which I will be wearing a strapless bridesmaid's dress...and this past weekend, I acquired some new tan lines. erp.

So for the next few days, I'll be tanning outside trying to even it all out. *sigh* I wonder if those Asian whitening masks work on shoulders.

Workplace update

Last week I had the chance to chat with some ol' coworkers from the ol' office. The current situation sounds like a response to "abandon ship!":

The week before me, an engineer had left.

The week after me, a manager announced her resignation.

Two weeks after that, a development manager announced his resignation.

After the dev manager left, another engineer announces that he is leaving.

This is all within a period of 6 weeks. Crazy!
